The location just a short walk from a beautiful garden, close to Puerta del Sol and Gran Via, with a 24-hour reception, was fantastic.

Clean hotel, excellent staff & great and amazing location in the very touristic downtown. Functional, clean room with extremely comfy bed. Location short walk to Gran Vía, restaurants, and so many stores. About 10 minutes walk from a large urban plaza. Quite comfortable experience there.

Its location in Madrid was best possible, not far from Gran Vía, the main street of Madrid, Gran Via, surrounded by so many stores and restaurants and the center of the city.

The location couldn't be better - really close to the heart of the city and a few steps far from a metro station. The room was fine and the staff was very kind and helpful.

As long it's an old building, there are no air conditioners - it could be a problem in the hottest days of summer.

My twin room was functional and large, with great amenities like climate control, cable programming, and a work desk. the location was exceptionally convenient, not far from a huge plaza. 3. the staff were cooperative and attentive during my stay.

It's a bit of noisy from the street.

The air conditioner, TV, and radio in the double room were convenient, and we enjoyed having a bath in the room; the location was great, being close to central attractions and a supermarket.
